• Check that the 4-letter room code is correct. Opening the invite link from the host also works.
• The host should keep the Doodle Theater screen open. Switching to another app pauses the connection (it reconnects automatically when you come back).
• Move to a place with good signal, switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data, and try again.
• Use an up-to-date browser (Safari on iPhone, Chrome on Android). If an in-app browser (such as LINE) doesn't work, open the link in your browser.
• Players blocked by the host or restricted due to reports may not be able to join.
• If it still doesn't work, email us with your device, browser and the message you saw.

• Check your device volume and the silent switch on iPhone.
• Browsers can't play sound until you touch the screen. Tap a button on the screen and try again.
• Narration uses your device's text-to-speech. Make sure a Japanese voice is installed. If narration in ⚙ Settings is set to read it yourselves, there is no narration.

• In the game: tap ⚑ on a drawing in the show or the answer reveal, or a player name on the waiting screen, then choose hide, block or report.
• Outside the game: email us with the room code, date and time, and what the drawing or name was.
• If someone's life or safety is at risk, contact the police or local authorities right away.

• Records and settings on your device are deleted when you clear your browser's site data (cookies and site data), or uninstall the app version.
• Once your device key is deleted, like totals and report records on our server can no longer be linked to your device.

Doodle Theater for Steam, the App Store and Google Play is in the works. We'll announce the release date on X (@keigameslog). Until then, the browser version is free for everyone.

Refunds are handled by the store you bought from (Steam, the App Store or Google Play). We do not receive payment details, so please contact the store.
