Terms of Use
Last updated: October 12, 2026
These terms apply when you use games provided by Kei Games ("we"), such as Doodle Theater (including browser, app and Steam versions), and this website. By playing, you agree to these terms. If you are a minor, please get your parent's or guardian's consent first. If this English version and the Japanese version differ, the Japanese version prevails.
1. Our games
- We may change our games, or stop providing part or all of them, without notice.
- The content and availability period of free versions may change.
2. Your drawings and names
- You keep the rights to your drawings, the names you give them and your player name ("your content").
- You allow us and the players in the same room to display and transmit your content and place it in the picture-story scenes, as needed to run the game. You also allow us to use it to review reports.
- If we want to use a player's drawing in promotion (videos, social media, etc.), we will ask the artist for permission.
3. Other players' drawings
- Other players' content is there for everyone to enjoy while playing together.
- Do not post other players' content on social media, publish modified versions or sell it without the artist's permission. Before sharing the show screen, get consent from the people you played with.
4. Prohibited conduct
- Sexual, violent or gruesome drawings or names; discriminatory or hurtful content
- Drawing or writing real people's personal information, such as real names, addresses, phone numbers or school names
- Harassment, stalking, deliberately disrupting games, or impersonating other players
- Infringing copyrights, trademarks, portrait rights or other rights of others
- Modifying, reverse engineering or attacking the games or servers, or excessive requests that trouble us or other players
- Using paid features through unauthorized means
- Anything that breaks the law or public order and morals
5. Reporting, blocking and our actions
- If you don't like another player's drawing or name, use ⚑ to hide it on your own screen, block the player, or report them to us.
- When we receive a report, we review it and, if needed, take action without notice, such as keeping the player out of rooms open to anyone. A player reported by three different people is automatically kept out of rooms open to anyone.
- We may not explain our decisions individually. If you think we made a mistake, please contact us.
- If someone's life or safety is at risk, contact the police or local authorities right away.
6. Purchases
Purchases and refunds of paid versions and in-app purchases follow the terms of the store you bought from, such as Steam, the App Store or Google Play.
7. Disclaimer
- We do not guarantee that the games will run without interruption or on every device and network, nor the conduct of other players.
- We are not liable for damages caused by disconnections, device problems or other players' conduct, except in cases of our intent or gross negligence, or where the law does not allow us to disclaim liability.
8. Changes
When we change these terms, we will update this page and the date above. Playing after a change means you agree to the new terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
